Possibly, Jonah Hill might be joining the cast of The Batman in a villain role, playing either Riddler or Penguin.
After the departure of Ben Affleck as the director and star writer, Warner Bros and DC Films have presently placed the franchise on the table of Matt Reeves, the director of fairly-popular War For The Planet Of The Apes.

Reeves has been in charge of the film for some years now and has also discovered his take on the Dark Knight by featuring Robert Pattison as Bruce Wayne.
The new character of The Batman just recently disclosed that the script for the movie is completed, making it good news for production, scheduled to begin by 2020.
In fact, the DC fans are so eager to find out who else will be joining the film’s cast. Particularly, Reeves script was reported featuring many of Batman’s biggest foes like the Riddler and Penguin.
While Jonah Hill is, however, getting close to bag a deal as Riddler or Penguin, Jeff Wright is also getting close to joining the film’s cast as Commissioner Gordon.

Nevertheless, Hill is recognized for his comedic acting career. The movie ‘Superbad’ did serve as his breakout role and has equally led him to feature in many other comedic roles in This Is The End, Jump Street, The Sitter, and Get Him To The Greek.
More recently, Hill made an impression as a dramatic actor with his performance in War Dogs, The Wolf of Wall Street, and in Moneyball. Anyways, if the deal of joining The Batman cast closes, Hill is versatile enough to put his own twist on either of the character, Riddle or Penguin.
